Track Retail Location Invitations
Inviting your retail locations to claim their free NextPaw business listing is key to maintaining an up-to-date and engaging store locator experience for your website visitors. Staying on top of retail location invitation statuses couldn't be easier!
Use filters to confirm which retail locations you've invited, which locations have opened the invite, and which locations have accepted the invitation to become a verified retailer.
Retail Location Invitation Status
To find your invitation statuses, start off on the Retailer Locations page of your dashboard. 
The Status column icon shows what stage the retail location is in the invitation process.
- Retail locations that have not been invited will have no status icon.
*Tip: Click the Send Invitation button in the last invited column to invite them! - Retail locations that have been invited but haven't opened the invite email will have a red ❌.
- Retail locations that have opened the email invite will have a green ✔️.
- Retail locations that have opened the email invite & clicked the link will have two green ✔️✔️.
Filter By Invite Status
To sort retail locations by invite status, click the filter drop-down menu to find the Email Activity filter.
The Email Activity Filter has 4 options:
- Not Invited: Retail locations that have not been invited to claim their listing on your store locator. Click the Send Invitation button to invite them!
- Invited: Retail locations that have been invited to claim their listing on your store locator.
- Opened: Retail locations that have opened the invitation to claim their listing on your store locator.
- Clicked: Retail locations that have opened the invitation & clicked the link to claim their listing on your store locator.
