Adding Tag Badges & Filters to Retailer Locations

Add tag badges to your retailer locations to help customers find the products & services they're looking for when performing a search on your store locator. By enabling custom tag badges on your retail locations, customers can easily narrow down their options to find the store that meets all of their (and their pets') needs. 

In this article, we'll show you how to create custom tag badges, add and remove tags on retailer locations.

Creating Tags

1. Sign in to your OneBark Dashboard and click Settings under the Store Locator tab. 
2. In the Store Locator Settings, click the Tags tab. 
3. Click Create Tag. 
4. Name your tag, then click Create Tag. 
5. Your new tag is now available in the tag manager - this is where you can edit, enable, disable, add and delete tags any time you need.   
6. If you have a badge icon you'd like to upload, enter the image's URL in the badge icon field. Tag badges will be displayed on your retailer's listings on your store locator.  
7. When tags are enabled, a filter will appear on the front side of your store locator. 
8. Rearrange the order of the tags on your store locator by dragging & dropping tags in the tag manager. 

Adding Tags to Retail Locations

1. Click Retailer Locations under the Store Locator tab. 
2. Click the Check Box to the left of the retailer location name to select the location you want to tag. You can select as many locations as you'd like to add a tag to. 
3. Click the Check Box at the top of the page to bulk-select retailer locations for tags. Choose to select all locations on the current page or all retail locations in your account. 
4. Click the Select Action drop-down menu, then choose Add / Remove Tags. 
5. Click the Blue Arrow Icon. 
6. Select the tag(s) you want to add from the drop-down menu. 
7. Choose Add Tags from the Select Action drop-down menu. Then click Run Action. 
8. When the tag manager reloads, you'll see an information icon under the tags column for tagged retailers. Hover over the icon to see the tags added. 
9. Tagged retailers will get a tag badge on their listing on your store locator. 

Removing Tags from Retailer Locations

1. Follow steps 1-5 listed above in the Adding Tags to Retailer Locations section of this guide. 
2. Select the tag(s) that you want to remove from the drop-down menu, then select Remove Tags from the Select Actions drop-down menu. Click Run Action. 
3. When the page reloads, the tag(s) will be removed from the retailer location. 
4. Delete a tag in the tag manager by selecting the trash can icon.
