The analytics reporting tool offers a valuable look into how customers are finding and engaging with your store locator. In the ever-changing world of online marketing, it’s critical to understand your store locator traffic in order to focus your budget and time efficiently.

Analytics Reports
To find your Analytics Reporting tool, sign in to your OneBark Dashboard and click Analytics from the menu.
Date Range
The default date range for analytic reports is 30 days. To adjust the range, click the date button in the top right corner & select the new date range.
Overview
The Overview gives a general look at how often customers engaged with your store locator during the selected date range.
Store Locator Views: How many people viewed your store locator.
Location Searches: How many people searched for a location on your store locator.
Product Searches: How many people searched for a product on your store locator.
Store Engagement
This chart shows a breakdown of how often stores on your locator are being searched for and engaged with.
Location Searches
The Location Searches graph offers a visual representation of how many searches were performed on your store locator on any given day. Hover over a date to see the total number of location searches.
Top Location Searches
The Top Location Searches chart shows which states are engaging with your brand most often. The states at the top of the list are driving the majority of location searches made on your store locator.
Geographic Results
The Geographic Results graph is a visual representation of the Top Location Searches by state.
Hover over a state to see the number of location searches made. Click on a state to see the searches made in the state by zip code.
Top Searched Products
The Top Searched Products chart & pie graph show which products are being searched for most often on your store locator. Hover over the graph to see the search percentages for each product.
Heat Map
The heat map offers a look into where customers across the country are performing searches on your store locator.
